How do we start and what is your general investigation process?
The process begins with a phone consultation with our founder and psychic, Jenn Batchelder. During this conversation, Jenn will gather details about your experiences and the history of the activity you've encountered.
With your consent, Jenn may use her intuitive abilities to “remote view” your property and connect with her spirit guides. This may provide immediate insight and suggestions to help guide the next steps.

Within a few days, our Historical Research Specialist will begin gathering background information on your property. This may include reaching out to local historians, librarians, and town record-keepers to collect any available historical data. At the same time, Jenn will continue to consult with her spirit guides to gain deeper insight into your situation.

Once this information has been compiled, we’ll schedule a follow-up call with you to review what we've learned and discuss the best course of action moving forward.

Typically, the next step is an on-site walkthrough of the property with you, followed by a full investigation conducted by carefully selected members of our team. Using professional, field-tested equipment, we work to uncover and document any paranormal activity. While we prefer that you're present during this phase, your comfort and preferences always come first.

After the investigation is complete and all evidence has been reviewed, we’ll meet with you again to present our findings. Together, we’ll discuss a personalized plan based on your goals, with guidance and support from Jenn.
Please know that nothing is ever done without your full knowledge and consent.
Our commitment to you continues until you feel safe, supported, and comfortable.
How can I help prepare for an investigation?
Before our initial phone call, please jot down a few bullet points about why you're reaching out and what has prompted you to request an investigation. During the call, our psychic medium, Jenn Batchelder, will begin tuning into her spirit guides and will refer to these notes to guide her questions and insights.

Ahead of the in-person walkthrough, gather any evidence you've already collected—photos, videos, audio, or written notes—and be ready to show us where the activity has taken place or is currently occurring.

We also recommend keeping a journal. Many people find it helpful to keep a small notebook by their bed and another in a central area of the home for easy access. Each entry should include the date, time, location, a brief description of the activity, and—most importantly—how you felt during the experience. It doesn’t need to be lengthy; just enough to document what happened and your emotional response. These details can be incredibly valuable to our investigative process.

If possible, a visit to your local town historian, library, or public records office to gather background information on your property can offer useful context. Please note: some towns may only share historical details with current property occupants, even though the information is technically public.

That’s it! Once you're ready, we’ll work with you to schedule an investigation at a mutually convenient time—whether you need us quickly or prefer to plan ahead.

Our mission is to help, and we're here to support you every step of the way. We look forward to connecting with you soon!
